Our Approach

Listening Labs combines our value-driven vision with pioneering neuroscience and decades of experience to teach transformative listening and storytelling. Using a human-centered approach, we design curricula and coach and consult with organizations and individuals. Our diverse experiences as leaders, educators, creators and changemakers have taught us that a deep understanding of generative listening and powerful storytelling emerges through authentic, individualized experiences in which participants make our techniques their own. In Listening Labs’ interactive workshops, clients experience transformative revelations of generative listening and powerful storytelling upon which they can build ongoing practices.
